Purpose and legitimation of the processing: Management of participation in our selection processes. We can process your data for this purpose either because a pre-contractual relationship exists when participating in an open selection process, or because you have given us your consent by submitting your self-candidacy.

Data retention:

  • a) In the event that you have submitted your self-candidacy, they will be kept for a maximum period of four years.
  • b) In the event that you participate in an open selection process, they will be kept until its conclusion. They may be kept for a longer period in the event that you give us your consent and/or if we have a legitimate interest in assessing your profile for a future process.

Rights of the data subject:
