Resurrection Fest joins the Cashless technology. This technology allows you to associate your season ticket/ticket to your wristband and make payments inside the venue from your own wristband.

We remind you that the Cashless wristband will be the only payment method for the following services inside Resurrection Fest EG 2023: Foodtrucks, bars and merchandising. Excluding the Market area and the Boulevard.

Each wristband is non-transferable and is associated with a single person. Wristbands that are visibly tampered with will not be accepted and access to the festival will be denied.

At the validation area of the festival. As every year, you will have to go to the validation area near the venue to exchange your ticket for a wristband. When you validate your ticket, the Cashless wristband will be placed on your wristband and the balance that you have pre-loaded on it will be automatically charged.

Pre-charge your wristband online before the event to avoid queues and benefit from the available bonuses.

Things to keep in mind:

– Pre-order your Resurrection Fest EG 2023 wristband now. Pre-ordering process will start on 18/04 at 12:00 h.

– When you arrive at the festival, at the moment of validation of your ticket, the amount will be charged directly on the chip of the wristband.

– Once the festival has started, you will only be able to recharge your wristband at the physical recharge points distributed around the festival site, so we recommend you to pre-charge online to avoid queues at the festival.

– Pre-charge bonuses will be available from 18/04, for a limited time, so take advantage of the offer and pre-charge your wristband.

– Once the event is over, you will be able to request the refund of the remaining balance.

Process to preload your wristband:

– Click on the button below.

– Enter your ticket code (8-digit code that appears on your ticket).

Example:

– You will enter the Cashless platform and you will be able to select one of the two offers available. Just select the offer you want.

– You will be directed to the payment gateway.

– You already have your pre-loaded wristband to enjoy Resurrection Fest EG 2023 to the fullest.

– When you validate your ticket before entering the venue, the balance you have pre-loaded will be automatically linked to your Cashless wristband.

PRECHARGE YOUR WRISTBAND ONLINE

Once at Resurrection Fest EG 2023, charge your wristband at any physical recharge point:

– Cash or card.

– Only with multiples of 5 €.

– Recharge your wristband as many times as you need at any recharge point.

– You can check your balance at the recharge points and at any point of sale. Just ask our staff and they will show you your balance.

ATTENTION: The system inside the venue will be offline and you will only be able to charge your wristband at the recharge points. You will not be able to do it online.

Make your online refund request to recover the money charged to your wristband that you have not consumed.

– You must keep your wristband to make the online refund request.

– Refunds can only be made online.

– Once the festival is over, we will publish the period available to request refunds.

– The cost of processing the refund is €1.

– The amount of the bonuses is non-refundable.

– No refund requests will be processed or processed after the end of the refund period.
