POSSESSION AND/OR USE OF THIS TICKET IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Ticket Validity & Authenticity

• 1.1. The organizer does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at official points of sale.
• 1.2. Tickets that are torn, damaged, or in poor condition will not be accepted.
• 1.3. Any irregularity or falsification of the ticket will be penalized by the entity with an express ban on entering the music venue.
• 1.4. The entity will take legal action against any individuals who present counterfeit tickets or misuse them.
• 1.5. Furthermore, the organization warns that exhaustive security checks will be conducted at the venue entrance using advanced scanning technology capable of detecting fraudulent, photocopied, or unauthorized tickets. Only tickets purchased at www.resurrectionfest.es are valid.

2. Exchanges, Refunds & Authorized Use

• 2.1. Once purchased, the ticket will only be exchanged or refunded in the event of the event’s cancellation.
• 2.2. Possession of the ticket does not entitle the owner to use it for advertising, marketing, resale, or promotional purposes (contest prizes, giveaways, or raffles) without the prior written consent of the promoter. Non-compliance with this clause will force the organization to take legal action against such individuals, and their ticket will be invalidated immediately.

3. Modifications, Cancellations & Wristbands

• 3.1. The organizing entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter any of the activities and performances proposed by the festival.
  • 3.1.1. In the event of a general cancellation, the entity commits to refunding the ticket price. However, distribution fees will under no circumstances be refunded, as this service is provided directly by the sales channels.
• 3.2. Under no circumstances will ticket refunds be granted in the event of cancellation once the festival has already started.
• 3.3. Ticket refunds will not be granted if the festival is canceled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace, strikes and/or public demonstrations, artist illness or death, or other force majeure events not attributable to the organizer.
• 3.4. The promoter will exchange the owner’s ticket for a wristband at the validation point or festival box office. The wristband is the sole item that authorizes the holder to enter the areas permitted by the purchased ticket. The Promoter is not responsible for broken, lost, or tampered-with wristbands; keeping the wristband intact at all times is the owner’s responsibility. Users must ensure that the wristband is fully fastened and properly placed upon application, as a broken or tampered wristband will not be valid for entry under any circumstances, and no replacement will be issued.

5. Right of Admission, Conduct & Rights

• 5.1. The right of admission is reserved. The Organizer may deny entry or eject the ticket holder from the venue if they create a risk or danger to themselves or other attendees due to disorderly conduct or intoxication. In any case, ejection from the venue will result in the removal of the wristband and NO refund of the ticket price.
• 5.2. The holder may not in any way record or reproduce the sounds and/or images of the event or its attendees.
• 5.3. The holder will be presumed to be creating a risk if they possess recording, capturing, and/or sound/visual reproduction equipment, or items capable of being thrown and causing damage (cans, bottles, etc.); if they stage-dive or crowd-surf (even at the invitation of the artists); or if they enter restricted administrative areas without authorization. In all cases, the holder personally assumes full responsibility for their actions and omissions that result in third-party injuries or property damage.
• 5.4. Access to the event venue implies consent to being photographed and recorded via video/audio without any right to compensation, regardless of its subsequent use.
• 5.5. The ticket holder personally assumes all risks arising from the event and/or crowds, including during entry, the event itself, and exit.
• 5.6. This ticket constitutes a personal license for the holder to attend. The holder authorizes the Organizer to perform security searches and personal checks in accordance with the law to ensure compliance with safety measures.
