THE POSSESSION AND/OR USE OF THIS TICKET ENTAILS THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1.1. The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at official points of sale. 1.2. Tickets that are torn, damaged, or in poor condition will not be accepted. 1.3. Any irregularity or falsification of the ticket will be penalized by the entity with an express ban on accessing the musical venue. 1.4. The entity will take legal action against those who present counterfeit tickets or make inappropriate use of them. 1.5. Furthermore, the organization advises that exhaustive security controls will be carried out at the venue entrance using advanced scanning techniques capable of detecting any fraudulent, photocopied, and/or unauthorized tickets. Only tickets purchased at www.resurrectionfest.es are valid.
2.1. Once the ticket is purchased, it will only be exchanged or its amount refunded in the event of the cancellation of the event. 2.2. Possession of the ticket does not grant the owner the right to use it for advertising, marketing, resale, or promotional purposes (contests, gifts, or giveaways) without the prior written permission of the promoter. Failure to comply with this point will oblige the organization to take legal action against such individuals. Additionally, the ticket will be immediately voided.
3. The organizing entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or alter any of the activities and performances proposed for the festival. 3.1. In the event of a general cancellation, the entity undertakes to refund the ticket price. However, the distribution fee (booking fee) will not be applicable for refund in any case, as it is a service provided by the sales channels. 3.2. Under no circumstances will the ticket price be refunded if the cancellation occurs once the festival has started. 3.3. The ticket price will not be refunded if the festival is canceled due to poor weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace, strikes and/or demonstrations, illness or death of an artist, or other causes of force majeure not attributable to the organizer. 3.4. The promoter will exchange the ticket for a wristband at the validation point or festival box office. The wristband is the element that authorizes the owner to access the venue permitted by the paid ticket. The Promoter is not responsible for the breakage, loss, or improper handling of the wristband; it is the owner’s responsibility to preserve it at all times. It is the user’s responsibility to check that the wristband is fully fastened and correctly placed at the time of fitting, as a broken or tampered-with wristband will under no circumstances be valid for access, and no replacement will be provided.

5.1. The Right of Admission is reserved. The Event Organizer may deny access or expel the holder from the venue if a situation of risk or danger is created for the holder or other attendees, caused by disruption or states of intoxication. In any case, expulsion from the venue will involve the removal of the wristband and the NON-refund of the ticket price. 5.2. The holder may not in any way record or reproduce the sounds and/or images of the event or its attendees. 5.3. It shall be presumed that the holder creates a risk situation if they possess recording, fixing, and/or sound or visual reproduction devices, as well as objects capable of being thrown and causing damage (cans, bottles, etc.), or if they climb onto the stage and/or dive into the crowd (crowd surfing), even at the invitation of the artists, or if they enter the festival grounds—even in a festive spirit—or enter restricted access areas. The holder assumes personal responsibility in all cases for their own actions and omissions that cause injury to third parties or material damage. 5.4. Access to the event venue constitutes consent to be photographed and recorded via other modes of video/audio reproduction, without the right to any compensation regardless of its subsequent use. 5.5. The holder of this ticket personally assumes all risks that may derive from the event and/or the gathering, both during access, throughout the event, and at the exit. 5.6. This ticket constitutes a license for the holder to attend in person. The holder authorizes the Organizer to carry out inspections or searches of their person and belongings in accordance with the Law to verify that safety conditions are met.
